CloudCMS - Technical Overview

With the vast experience in building the successful products, we are adopting agile based Prototyping Model as Life cycle of the Product development. This is a cyclic version of the linear model. In this model, once the requirement analysis is done and the design for a prototype is made, the development process gets started.

Prototype is then provided to the customer for the evaluation. This is an important aspect in the product development as this helps in understanding if the understanding of the product development is met as per the customers satisfaction and wants. This feedback can be negative or positive based on the test results and helps in building a more robust design or sometime to revisit the design strategy and hence can reduce the errors upfront.

Then the prototype is modified as per the customers' expectations and then repackaged for re testing. There will be several iterations and finally a completed software package is created to provide to the customer. Thus an evolved product is a constant exchange of information from the Customer and the development team. Current IT industry follows this model. Nothing even a perfect super computer or brains can create a robust software product in one instance. They all follow several iterations and releases before they become truly usable and presentable. Most of the companies follow a model that suits well and also sometimes it depend on the need for the product to be marketable. These project management styles either agile or waterfall model can be followed in the same product development. Every version that is created gives some add on value and be part of the final delivered software package.
